Processing time frame:
Products with no customization will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and you will be notified via email.
For products with customization (made to order personalized gifts), a design draft will be emailed to you with all the details you have provided within 1-2 business days for your approval. Once approved, we will proceed with engraving and will notify you once your order is dispatched.
Shipping time frame:
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Wellington, New Zealand. Generally, delivery to North Island is 1-2 days and delivery to South Island is 2-3 days. If rural delivery, allow an extra 2 days.
Shipping costs:
Shipping cost depends on the number of products purchased, average shipping cost is $7.99 nationwide and non-rural. Once all products are placed in the cart, when you proceed to checkout and ready for payment, then shipping costs will appear.
