Processing time frame:
Products with no customization will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and you will be notified via email.
For products with customization (made to order personalized gifts), a design draft will be emailed to you with all the details you have provided within 2-3 business days for your approval. Once approved, we will process your order in 2-3 business days and will notify you once your order is dispatched.
Note: Currently to avoid delays, we are not sending drafts for straight forward designs that are on the website where it is just change of names, dates, messages etc. These orders will be processed and dispatched in 3-4 working days.
Shipping time frame:
New Zealand: All orders are shipped from our workshop in Wellington, New Zealand. Generally, delivery to North Island is 1-2 days and delivery to South Island is 2-3 days. If rural delivery, allow an extra 2 days.
Australia: This product does not ship to Australia.
Shipping costs:
New Zealand wide free delivery on all orders over $100.
$5 delivery fee applies to all orders under $100 and non-rural areas.
$9 delivery fee applies to all orders under $100 and rural areas.
